You will notice that the default view when logging in via Firefox is similar to above. In order to see the folders, you might need to click on the "Up to higher level directory" icon

The folder view that you will normally see is similar to above. You will notice that there is no way to upload a file via Firefox. If you need the ability to upload a document, we suggest that you either use Internet Explorer or a FTP client.
