If you are using Internet Exploer 7, you will notice that the default view when logging in is similar to above. The Incoming folder is used for uploading files only and the Marketing Material folder is where you find the bulk of your content. The folder view that you will normally see is above. You will notice that there is no way to upload a file via the default view of Internet Explorer 7. If you need the ability to upload a document, you will need to change your view to explorer mode or use a FTP client. Click here for some of our favorite clients. To change your view to explorer mode, locate the Page drop down at the top next to tools and choose "Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer". You might need to relogin.

The image below is similar to the normal windows explorer file view which is the defualt view for Internet Explorer 6 and below. You will notice that you can only upload documents in the Incoming folder and this folder might pop up seperatly and/or require you to login again. Your user name and password credentials will dictate if you have the authority to upload documents to the ftp site.
