If you will be using a FTP Client, you will need the below information to connect to the site. Your typically credentials will be similar to below:

Host Address - ftp://marketingftp.pavestone.com
UserName - pavestone\firstname.lastname
Password - normalwindowspassword
Port - 21

Your user credentials will dictate what permissions you have, but typically everyone with active permissions will have the ability to view all the content from the ftp site. The incoming folder is used for uploading documents only.
